Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores on your device — usually in your browser — so it can remember things between visits, such as whether you are signed in.
“Browser storage” (sometimes called local storage) works in a similar way: the site keeps a small record in your browser rather than in a traditional cookie. Where we say “cookies” below, we include this kind of browser storage.
We use strictly necessary browser storage for one purpose: keeping club officials signed in to their dashboard. Without it, the sign-in page would not be able to keep you logged in as you move around the site, and every click would ask you to sign in again.
This storage holds no advertising identifiers and is not used to profile you. It is removed when you sign out of your dashboard.
We don’t run advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or social media cookies — so there is no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing to consent to.
The video on our home page is hosted by us, so watching it sets no third-party cookies and shares nothing with video platforms.
Our cloud hosting and database provider keeps the site and club accounts running securely, and our email provider delivers confirmations and alerts. Neither uses cookies to track you around our site or anywhere else.
For more on how these providers handle your information, see our privacy policy.
All browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data in their settings. You can do this with our site — the public pages will still work.
The one thing to know: if you block or clear site data, you will be signed out of the club dashboard and will need to sign in again. There is no way to keep you signed in without storing something in your browser.
If the way we use cookies ever changes — for example if we ever wanted to add analytics — we would update this page first, and the site would ask for your consent before anything non-essential was set.
